Real-time link to ERP system
By simply inputting your Purchase Order reference our advanced ERP (Enterprise Resource Planning) system will provide you with an up-to-date status. At a glance you will see whether we have received your order, or scheduled it, whether it is work in progress or dispatched. You will even be able to see whether it is On-Hold due to, for example, design approval. As the system is refreshed every 15 minutes you are getting virtually a real-time feed from our system.
Standardised Enquiries
To speed up the quoting process we encourage all customers to use the Enquiry Form. By answering the questions posed (many in the form of check boxes) you will provide us with a comprehensive overview of your requirement. You are also able to upload and securely send files, for example pictures or CAD.
