We have an experienced full-time Design team who use 3D solid-modelling CAD systems and CAD/CAM software to help you visualise the concept, develop this into a viable product and then produce an accurate sample. We have a machine set aside for sampling and prototyping and pride ourselves on rapid response and turnaround.

Experienced Design Professionals MSA boasts two highly experienced and knowledgeable Designers; whose combined experience designing foam based packaging products exceeds 20 years. In addition, to support MSA's growth plans, both have recently received advanced 3D CAD training from industry leader, Incat.

Utilising the latest CAD and PLM (Product Lifecycle Management) software, we can quickly help you develop the most effective packaging or product design solution. Our systems allow us to:

• Import your native CAD data, whether a product mock-up or component.
• Rapidly create layouts and schemes to check part orientation, clash conditions, density of parts, manufacturing viability, etc.
• Collaborate on-line in real-time with your designers or development team to reduce lead-times.
• Export 3D concept model in your chosen format, within a freely available Viewer or even embedded within an Office 2003 document, ready for you to review or present for approval.

Computer Aided Manufacturing (CAM) / Rapid Sampling From concept or drawing approval we transfer the product into our CAM system and program it for manufacturing on our dedicated sampling and low volume machine. To ensure prompt turnaround of samples we protect capacity on this machine, which has the added benefit of ensuring we do not continually interrupt volume production, extending lead-times.

From concept and/or drawing approval, we aim to manufacture samples within 5 working days.
