Foam Case Inserts
To enable you to focus on your core objective of manufacturing and/or distributing cases, we will gladly take responsibility for the design, sampling and on-time delivery of the foam inserts. In addition, we are happy to accept deliveries of your cases at our factory where we can carefully fit the insert, apply any labels and then ship on to your customer.
Foam Tool Control
With our enviable tool library and tool data retrieval systems for customers in the Automotive, Aerospace and Defence industries we are well equipped to receive your critical tooling/equipment and quickly digitise, catalogue and provide layouts prior to manufacturing the tool control trays. Our tool control systems are often used to support 5S and Lean Manufacturing activity.
EPP Component Parts
In addition to our bespoke design and manufacturing services, we are also experienced in designing and manufacturing medium-high volume moulded EPP component parts and supplying them to end-users in designated packaging and often within a JIT environment. Our experience of Industry requirements such as QAF, APQP and PSW will ensure that no delays or problems occur.
