Customer Satisfaction

Like many of our customers, we commit ourselves to the highest levels of QCD (Quality, Cost, Delivery) and take the view that effective Project Management is the only means of achieving this. Depending on the scale, budget and nature of your requirement we are able to employ different Project Management tools and methods, from simple GANTT timing plans right through to Industry requirements such as APQP. We are also familiar with the latest developments in Lean thinking; e.g. Problem Solving tools, A3 reporting, and Six Sigma (DMAIC).

In addition to the detailed in-house scheduling and planning, we are also experienced at putting together formal timing and resource plans, as well as working with a variety of customer formats. We make regular use of MS Excel, MS Project and a proprietary Project application which has many internal collaborative benefits.

If you require support at presentations, buy-offs, product development meetings or need an engineer on site to record component data or liaise with your engineers then we have these resources available to us.

Quality—Right First Time

We pride ourselves on maintaining an extremely robust internal approval and checking process that results in very few defects and low levels of scrap. Our award-winning (see right) work with proven Lean Manufacturing tools and methods supports our commitment to getting your products Right-First-Time.

In addition, we are currently developing a web based approval system that would streamline the external approval process and make the status of current projects transparent to all team members.

On Time Delivery

One of key monthly measures is On-Time-Delivery and for the last 18 months we have been running at average of 94% On-Time and we record and monitor all causes and factors to ensure that we address recurring issues.

However, to increase efficiencies, throughput and offer greater flexibility to customers and suppliers we are setting up an adjacent warehousing and distribution facility.
