Our 32,000 sq. ft. facility houses a range of precision foam conversion machines, allowing us to handle projects with efficiency and accuracy.
- CNC Routers (x8) – Automated machines that cut foam inserts to exact dimensions.
- Waterjet Cutting – Uses 5-axis technology for intricate, clean cuts without heat distortion.
- Die Cutting – An efficient method for high-volume foam production, producing consistent results at speed.
Before machining, raw foam is processed in our preparation department, where it is split, laminated, and cut into accurate blocks using flatbed splitters, bandsaws, and heat laminators.
Digital Printing & Laser Engraving Technology
Our branding machinery ensures that every foam solution can be marked, labelled, or customised directly within our facility.
- 4-Colour UV Digital Flat Bed Press – A high-precision digital printer with an extended gantry that prints logos, branding, and identification directly onto cases and containers.
- 4-Colour UV Digital Roll-to-Roll Label Printer/Cutter – Produces high-quality labels and stickers to enhance product presentation and identification.
- Laser Engraving Machines (x2) – Used to engrave foam with branding, pocket identification, and instructions, as well as create engraved labels, nameplates, and information plates.
